  • Within the United States Shipping: $4.95 flat rate for orders under $100. Free shipping on orders over $100.

  • Last order time: 10:00 PM Central Standard Time (Chicago).
  • Weekend order: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-8 business days.
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

In rare cases, tracking information may show “Delivered” even if you have not yet received your package.

  2. If you’re unable to locate your package, we encourage you to file a lost package report with your local carrier.
  3. Once the lost package report has been filed, please contact us at help@silvielle.com , and we’ll be happy to assist with a reshipment if needed.

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to customs or carrier issues may occur.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, we will work with you and the carrier to find a solution.
